Program Summary

This has been the best professional development opportunity I have had in my entire career, building on networks but, most importantly, refining my craft and challenging my thought process and leadership.

The Strategic Plan deliverable really sets the CLI program apart from other leadership development programs and all the resources and support that you provided to make the plan come to life were invaluable. I have never been as excited about Projet Jeune Leader's strategic plans as I am about this new one!

Maia Ramarosandratana

I fall short of words to express how much of an impact CLI has been especially to my growth journey as an individual and to our organization as well. It came in quite timely and I am eternally grateful to be a part of intentional, hardworking, visionary, determined group of leaders who are developing and impacting their spaces in their own unique ways which have made me learn a lot.

[The program has] been really helpful to get us to sit down [...] and think about what are our goals, how do we get there, who's responsible for what tasks [...] so we're having new conversations that have been really helpful.
