Delphine strongly believes that if girls and women get opportunities to thrive, they can do whatever it takes to fulfill the basic needs of their families’ welfare and improve communities. For this reason, she founded Our Sisters’ Opportunity (OSO), a community-based organization which provides girls and women with the skills, tools, and resources they need to create for themselves sustainable jobs in the areas of ethical fashion and agribusiness. Delphine aims to create generations of women entrepreneurial leaders ready to advance social change. Prior to founding OSO, Delphine was the Country Director at TIP Global Health, an International NGO which achieves lasting improvement in health outcomes in limited resources areas of Rwanda. Delphine has a Bachelor’s degree in Medical Imaging Sciences, and received a certificate in Design, Partnership, Management & Innovation for Development (DPMI) from the Monterey Institute for International Studies. Delphine is a Perennial Fellow, Skoll World Forum Fellow, and SFF Social Innovation Incubator Fellow.
