Little Dreamers Education Academy believes that by transforming education, children can be equipped with the skills to disrupt systemic problems. The Little Dreamers model enables children to acquire a skills-based education compatible with mainstream government expectations while also preparing them for a life after school as changemakers for their respective communities.

As a changemaker passionate about education, Sophie has made it her mission to transform the Uganda education system to prepare children for life after school. As a leader, She co-founded Little Dreamers Education Academy working to bridge the skills gap for children 3-12 years in Uganda. She has since led the creation of a model school implementing this approach.Sophie has continued to ensure continued access to quality education as part of other like-minded organizations like Ushindi Education Initiative. Following the recognition as a woman leader, Sophie was selected as a fellow for the Center for Women, Faith and Leadership. She thrives in the fulfillment of knowing that her work transforms the lives of children and youth.
